1. Genel Kural

Dijital ürün niteliğinde olduğundan, teslim edilen lisans anahtarları için kural olarak iade yapılmamaktadır. Satın alma öncesinde tüm sorularınızı Discord sunucumuzdan sormanızı öneririz.

2. İade Kabul Edilebilir Durumlar

• Ürünün teknik olarak çalışmaması ve destek ekibinin sorunu çözememesi
• Satın alım sonrasında ürünün açıklamasından önemli ölçüde farklı çıkması
• Teknik hata sonucu çift ödeme yapılması

3. İade Kabul Edilmeyen Durumlar

• Ürünü kullandıktan sonra yapılan talepler
• "Beğenmedim" veya "ihtiyacım kalmadı" gerekçeli talepler
• Kullanım koşullarını ihlal eden kullanıcıların talepleri
• Satın alımdan 48 saat sonra yapılan başvurular
• Lisansın başka cihaza aktarılmak istenmesi

4. İade Süreci

İade talebinizi 48 saat içinde Discord üzerinden veya supportandcontact@zerosw.shop adresine iletiniz. Talepler 3-5 iş günü içinde değerlendirilir.

As these are digital products, refunds are generally not provided for delivered license keys. We strongly recommend asking all your questions on our Discord server before purchasing.

2. Acceptable Refund Conditions

• The product does not work and support cannot resolve the issue
• The product significantly differs from its description after purchase
• Double payment due to a technical error

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

• Requests made after using the product
• Reasons such as "I didn't like it" or "I no longer need it"
• Requests from users who violated the terms of service
• Applications made more than 48 hours after purchase
• Requests to transfer the license to another device

4. Refund Process

Submit your request within 48 hours via Discord or to supportandcontact@zerosw.shop. Requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days.
